Union office. If ordering by mail, state your name, which
amusement park, and specific ticket request (e.g. Kings Island:
2 adults, 2 children) and allow 5 business days for delivery.

Members Only.
- Tickets are non-refundable. (no
exception)
Make check payable to Brown-Forman Credit Union and mail
